Remote Candidate Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Remote Candidate Engagement Specialist to build strong connections with prospective candidates and guide them through the early stages of our hiring process. You will conduct high‑volume outbound outreach, perform structured phone screenings, answer candidate questions, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound candidate calls daily using company‑provided lead lists.
• Engage prospects through professional phone conversations and structured screenings.
• Provide clear information about job opportunities, company expectations, and the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews for qualified candidates and coordinate availability with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and interaction notes in the CRM and ATS.
• Follow up with applicants throughout each recruitment stage.
• Meet daily outreach, engagement, and interview‑scheduling targets.
• Support additional recruiting coordination and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building, active listening, and customer‑service abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and both primary and backup internet connections.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, call‑center operations, sales, appointment setting, or HR is preferred but not required.
