Remote Phone Outreach Agent

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, goal‑driven individuals to join our remote team as Phone Outreach Agents. You will connect with prospective customers, share appointment opportunities, and schedule meetings for licensed insurance professionals across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and warm leads each day.
• Explain appointment details clearly and follow company scripts.
• Enter scheduled appointments directly into internal calendar systems.
• Log all customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet daily productivity, outreach, and scheduling targets.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, team meetings, and additional outreach tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume outbound calling environment.
• Reliable laptop or desktop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, phone support, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus but not required.
