Remote Interview Coordinator

About the role

This is a fully remote Interview Coordinator position based in Pakistan, working from home. You match candidate lists with recruiter calendars, call candidates to check their interest and availability, and book interviews while preventing booking errors. The role is paid a monthly base salary of PKR 62,960 to 148,990 plus bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Compare assigned candidate lists in an applicant tracking system such as Lever with recruiter calendars.
• Call candidates through a business phone system or dialer such as Dialpad, introduce yourself and ask brief questions about interest and availability.
• Present available times using a scheduling tool such as Calendly and book the candidate's choice without clashes.
• Confirm the interview date, time and joining instructions, then send reminders and follow up on missed interviews or changes.
• Record each call and booking with clear, factual notes, and clean up duplicate entries and wrong numbers.
• Share booked interviews and daily booking counts with recruiters and pass questions to the team lead.
• Check your work against quality standards and correct mistakes promptly.

Required profile

• Professional spoken and written English, as calls are mostly with candidates and teams in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required; related phone support, customer service, scheduling or administrative experience is preferred.
• Calm, friendly phone voice and ability to explain interview steps clearly.
• Respect for candidate privacy and willingness to learn the named tools through guided practice.
