Remote Marketing Coordinator (Design, Video & Lead Gen Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Remote Marketing Coordinator who can blend high‑end multimedia production with data‑driven lead generation. The role is fully remote, aligned with Eastern Time Zone hours, and requires a professional who can deliver measurable results across social, video, and paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own social media strategy, content calendar, and publishing on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Design, script, and edit high‑impact video and graphic assets for organic and paid campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and optimize B2B/B2C paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
• Create digital banners, sales collateral, landing‑page assets, and other promotional materials that follow brand guidelines.
• Leverage emerging AI marketing tools to accelerate content creation and scale lead‑generation workflows.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and social engagement to refine tactics.

Required profile

• Mid‑to‑senior level experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketer, or Multimedia Designer.
• Advanced creative expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proven track record managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Tech‑forward mindset with familiarity in AI‑driven marketing tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Commitment to a dedicated 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule, Monday‑Friday, with occasional weekend work for critical deadlines.
