Remote Notion Expert (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Notion Expert to join a global AI training project on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on using Notion to annotate, organize, and prepare real‑world content that helps train next‑generation AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy.
• Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion for AI training processes.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks in Notion and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices for effective Notion usage.
• Document processes and keep Notion databases up to date.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion interface organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience using Notion for daily task management and data annotation.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to spot and resolve workflow issues.
• Excellent communication skills for sharing insights with teammates.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation within Notion.
