Remote Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

Haulla, a smart waste collection service by Ecube Labs operating in major U.S. markets such as Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver and Chicago, is hiring a full-time remote Outbound Sales Representative. The position is fully remote and available during U.S. business hours (7 AM–3 PM PST / 8 PM–4 AM PKT) from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a full sales pipeline: lead generation, cold calling, presenting quotes and closing deals.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients, qualifying and advancing leads.
• Acquire new clients to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven success in outbound sales.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Native-level English fluency.
• Available to work U.S. business hours, Monday to Friday.

Required skills

• Familiarity with a CRM tool (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
• Home setup: a desktop or laptop, a quiet workspace and a noise-cancelling headset.

• Base salary plus uncapped commission and other bonuses; top performers earn $2,000 USD per month.
