Remote PDF Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a PDF Specialist to join our client’s team on a contractual basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while handling a variety of Word and PDF document projects for a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Process, edit, and proofread Word and PDF documents to ensure accuracy and high quality.
• Extract and transform data from documents using appropriate software tools.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects independently, meeting agreed deadlines.
• Communicate progress and results effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Word and PDF files, including editing and formatting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error‑free output.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent written communication skills for client interaction.
