Remote Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our fully remote team supporting a UK‑based recruitment agency. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process and ensure candidates receive a first‑class experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Use our ATS to filter, shortlist and schedule interviews for client vacancies.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates for live roles.
• Source, headhunt and lead candidate generation, assessment, shortlisting and selection.
• Apply effective questioning techniques to verify candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a high‑quality service to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a recruitment role (in‑house or agency) handling a variety of positions.
• University degree.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is a strong advantage.
• Excellent telephone manner and confident, focused approach.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and professional at all times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
