Remote Sales Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Remote Sales Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and place candidates in sales‑focused positions. You will work from home, supporting U.S. business hours, and play a key part in connecting talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound calls daily using company‑provided leads.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to assess sales potential and qualifications.
• Present open roles clearly and explain job expectations.
• Evaluate candidates on communication, experience, professionalism, and fit.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers for qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and ATS.
• Provide timely follow‑up and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
• Meet daily outreach, screening, and interview‑scheduling targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and backup internet connections.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, appointment setting, or call‑center operations is a plus.
