Remote Sales Supervisor – Europe Market (Full‑Time)

About the role

This full‑time, remote evening‑shift position supports STXW Technology Limited’s growth in the European semiconductor market while you work from Pakistan. You will develop customer relationships, understand component requirements and coordinate supply solutions for urgent or end‑of‑life parts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop B2B sales opportunities with manufacturers, distributors and procurement teams across Europe.
• Present STXW’s sourcing capabilities, including discontinued and spot‑market inventory.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead qualification and quotation to negotiation, order follow‑up and post‑sale support.
• Gather accurate part numbers, specifications, quantities and delivery requirements from customers.
• Coordinate with internal sourcing and operations teams to verify availability, authenticity, pricing and delivery expectations.
• Maintain organized records of opportunities, quotations and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop B2B sales opportunities and manage customer relationships in the European market.
• Working knowledge of electronic components such as ICs, power devices, connectors and passive components.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience preparing quotations, tracking opportunities and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Self‑motivated, organized, target‑focused and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
