Restaurant Incubation Lead

About the role

foodpanda is looking for a Restaurant Incubation Lead to drive the end‑to‑end onboarding and early performance of restaurant partners across the APAC region. You will shape and scale standardized processes, ensuring rapid and sustainable vendor ramp‑up while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end restaurant incubation across APAC, from activation to early performance.
• Define, track and improve key incubation KPIs.
• Identify execution gaps and implement corrective actions to accelerate vendor ramp‑up.
• Design and scale standardized incubation processes across markets.
• Lead automation of key workflows in partnership with relevant teams.
• Establish clear governance and accountability between COE and local market teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance vendor incubation and experience.
• Pilot and scale high‑impact initiatives to continuously improve incubation performance.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in operations, vendor management or marketplace environments, preferably in food delivery or tech platforms.
• Strong experience in driving execution across multiple markets with a focus on operational scalability.
• Proven track record in improving performance metrics through structured programs and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across regional and global teams.
• Experience working with BPOs, COEs or outsourced operations is a strong advantage.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and drive clarity and accountability.
