Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an on‑site Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Jhelum location. The role combines oversight of food quality, safety, team leadership and cost efficiency to ensure a high‑standard dining experience for employees, guests and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures, inventory controls, vendor coordination and cost monitoring to meet budget targets.
• Implement and enforce food safety procedures, ensure compliance with local health regulations, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule and mentor kitchen and service staff; conduct performance reviews and develop cross‑training.
• Deliver consistent, friendly service, handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
• Monitor POS transactions, reconcile sales, track labor costs and maintain basic P&L awareness.
• Support sustainability initiatives such as waste minimisation and local sourcing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a restaurant, cafeteria or similar hospitality outlet with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP and local health regulations.
• Proven inventory management, cost‑control and vendor‑negotiation skills.
• Experience in hiring, scheduling, training and performance evaluation of staff.
• Customer‑service orientation with ability to handle complaints and improve satisfaction.
• Basic accounting and reporting abilities, including POS familiarity and P&L awareness.
• Excellent communication in Urdu and English.
