Restaurant Operations Controller

About the role

The Carnival All Day Buffet is seeking Restaurant Operations Controllers for its Ada Plot and Gulberg branches in Lahore. In this supervisory‑level position you will be fully accountable for the day‑to‑day buffet operations, from stock management to food‑cost reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Verify cover counts against cashier billing records for each shift.
• Count live buffet dish refills and enter data into the system in real time.
• Perform opening and closing stock verification for kitchen and store.
• Approve Material Requisition Notes and coordinate between store and production.
• Document buffet closing food accountability, ensuring zero unrecorded disposal.
• Enter food‑cost data and prepare reports before shift end.

Required profile

• Minimum intermediate education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in a restaurant, hotel or food‑service environment.
• High integrity and ability to handle sensitive operational and financial data.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment under time pressure.
• Fluent in Urdu; basic English preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems.
