About the role

We are seeking a motivated Retail Salesperson to join Bannu Woollen Mills’ team in Faisalabad. The role involves direct interaction with customers in a shop or outlet environment, promoting the company’s woollen products and driving sales while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their product needs and preferences.
• Present product features and benefits, delivering clear and persuasive sales presentations.
• Generate new leads through proactive outreach and relationship building within the retail setting.
• Negotiate prices and terms to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive buying experience.
• Keep up-to-date with inventory, promotions, and competitor offerings to advise customers accurately.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using the store’s retail system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment.
• Track sales metrics and report performance to management.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a retail shop or outlet.
• Strong customer-relationship management and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience.
