Retention Officer – Final Expense (Night Shift)

About the role

PRIME BPO is seeking detail‑oriented, confident Retention Officers to join its growing Final Expense campaign. This full‑time, night‑shift position involves handling inbound and outbound calls to retain policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound retention calls for Final Expense policyholders.
• Identify at‑risk clients and apply retention strategies to avoid cancellations.
• Build strong relationships through empathy, professionalism and active listening.
• Address objections confidently while reinforcing policy value.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly retention targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a Final Expense campaign.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong objection‑handling and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to retain customers and perform under pressure.
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.
