Validator – MedAlert Sales (Night Shift)

About the role

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail‑oriented Validator to join its MedAlert campaign team in Rawalpindi. This full‑time, night‑shift position is ideal for candidates with BPO experience who want to grow a long‑term career in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Validate sales made by closers on the MedAlert campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information, shipping details, and medical alert device specifications.
• Verify customer eligibility, billing information, and service agreement terms.
• Identify discrepancies, escalate issues, and maintain accurate records of validated orders.
• Coordinate with sales and quality‑assurance teams and meet daily/weekly validation targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience as a Validator on the MedAlert campaign.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and strong attention to detail.
• Professional attitude with solid customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work night shifts and remain flexible for overtime or additional training.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• CRM handling knowledge.
