Returnship Associate – 1‑Year Paid Program

About the role

HUBCO’s Aghaz e Nau Returnship is a 1‑year paid program designed to help women professionals re‑enter the corporate workforce after a career break. As a Returnship Associate you will work on real business projects, gaining exposure across multiple functions while receiving mentorship and support.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development and key account activities.
• Assist in corporate strategy formulation and commercial analysis.
• Contribute to marketing research, client relationship management, and project coordination.
• Participate in tendering, proposal preparation, and bid management processes.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years career break, with at least 2‑3 years prior professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Public Policy or related fields.
• Previous experience in any of the listed functional areas is preferred.
• Motivation to restart a career and contribute to HUBCO’s growth.
