Reverse Recruiter Executive – Hybrid Contract Role

About the role

The Reverse Recruiter Executive All Rounder is a contract position based in Islamabad, offering a hybrid work arrangement that blends on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility. You will act as a bridge between client organisations and potential candidates, aligning career aspirations with Cognara Training’s specialised programmes in safety, AI and corporate law.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and screen candidates for client‑driven roles.
• Maintain and nurture talent pipelines, ensuring timely updates for both candidates and clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage documentation and provide regular reporting.
• Collaborate with training teams to match candidate profiles with relevant training modules.
• Perform general administrative duties such as database management and scheduling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, screening and talent‑pipeline management.
• Background in corporate recruitment or related environments, with strong organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, social sciences or a related field (or equivalent experience).
