Risk Management Expert – AI Training Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a Risk Management Subject Matter Expert to work remotely on an hourly contract basis. You will evaluate AI‑generated risk management responses, create high‑quality risk content, and provide detailed feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts and gold‑standard outputs covering risk assessments, control mappings, mitigation plans and risk communications.
• Evaluate, rank and critique AI responses for accuracy, clarity, completeness and adherence to risk frameworks.
• Test AI outputs for unsafe recommendations, bias and misleading certainty, ensuring reliability across scenarios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Law, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in risk management (ERM, operational risk, compliance, internal audit, security risk, third‑party risk, etc.).
• Strong command of risk fundamentals such as taxonomy, inherent vs residual risk, likelihood/impact scoring, control design, KRIs/KPIs.
• Familiarity with frameworks and standards like COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX.
• Excellent written English (minimum C1) and ability to produce clear, decision‑ready summaries.
