RMA Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The RMA Technical Support Engineer will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain our products to resolve customer technical issues. Acting as the liaison between customers and internal teams, the role requires strong analytical abilities in a complex networking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair faulty machines, including customer‑returned products.
• Produce maintenance manuals and case studies to improve service efficiency.
• Analyze maintenance data to drive product quality improvements.
• Coordinate resources to resolve after‑sales complaints and optimise internal processes.
• Provide training and guidance on equipment repair and maintenance.
• Develop and track overall project delivery plans, correcting deviations promptly.
• Lead on‑site project delivery, offering implementation and technical support.
• Collect, compile, and manage project documentation, conducting regular summaries and experience sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical, computer, electronics or related field.
• Familiarity with electronic and electrical concepts and common measurement instruments.
• Understanding of basic circuit principles and ability to read schematic diagrams.
• Proficiency with standard office software.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and hands‑on abilities.
• Initiative, project delivery awareness, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good English communication skills and teamwork spirit.
