Robot Teleoperator (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Robot Teleoperator to join a leading technology services firm. The role involves remotely operating industrial robots from a control station, ensuring tasks are executed safely and efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position with a hybrid focus on both remote control and on-floor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control robotic equipment through teleoperation interfaces to achieve precise task execution.
• Perform real-time troubleshooting and resolve technical issues that arise during robot operation.
• Follow standardized operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Record operational data, performance metrics, and any deviations for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimise robot performance and workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating robotic systems in industrial or operational settings.
• Ability to read and follow detailed technical manuals and operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electronics relevant to robotics.
