Role Readiness Specialist

About the role

Motive is looking for a Role Readiness Specialist to lead the onboarding and training experience for new sales team members. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve learning sessions that help employees quickly become productive while aligning with Motive’s safety, operations, and finance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training to entry‑ and mid‑level front‑line sales staff.
• Support new hires from initial onboarding through their ramp period.
• Coach salespeople on strategy, process adherence, and early‑stage performance.
• Create and curate enablement content such as slide decks, one‑pagers, videos, e‑learning modules, email templates, scripts, role‑plays, facilitator guides, and sales playbooks.
• Schedule and run training sessions, manage facilitator requests, and coordinate with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager on new initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing or delivering onboarding programs for sales teams.
• Ability to translate complex product information into clear, actionable training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Track record of collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to keep curriculum relevant.
