Sales Agent – Inbound & Outbound Calls

About the role

Ingenious Marketing Services (IMS) is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to work on‑site in Lahore. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, engage prospects and existing customers, present the company’s products and services, and close sales while meeting quality and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to generate leads and drive sales.
• Identify customer needs, explain product benefits, and address objections.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
• Participate in training sessions, performance reviews, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with empathy and problem‑solving ability.
• Proven sales techniques including lead handling, negotiation, and closing.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products or the ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and meet shift requirements.
• Minimum education: high school; higher education in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills
