Sales and Support Account Specialist

About the role

Livetecs is looking for a Sales and Support Account Specialist to join its Karachi office. This dual role blends outbound sales activities with client support and account management for international customers. You will be responsible for generating new business, handling support tickets, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls, qualify leads, and set up discovery calls or demos.
• Handle client onboarding, respond to queries, resolve support tickets within SLA, and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track activity in the CRM, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Produce daily and weekly reports on sales activity, tickets, and client updates.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, client support, customer success, or account management.
• Comfortable working night shift (6 PM to 3 AM) and onsite in Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
