Sales Manager – Travel Services

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Vista Maritime by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships and promoting the company’s travel services and packages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate agreements with corporate and individual clients and coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Lead, mentor and set performance targets for the sales team, supporting continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality or related services.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections and maintain long‑term partnerships.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, set targets, analyse market trends and use data to guide decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism or a related field is preferred.
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using common CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
