About the role

Ocean Dream PK is seeking a confident, relationship‑driven Sales & Client Relations Manager to lead sales initiatives, private event bookings, and partnership development. The role focuses on converting inquiries into long‑term clients while enhancing the overall customer experience in a hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage private event inquiries, corporate bookings, and partnership opportunities.
• Lead and improve overall sales performance and conversion quality.
• Follow up with leads, high‑value clients, and corporate customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Handle negotiations, VIP clients, and challenging situations professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Associate and management team to ensure smooth communication flow.
• Enhance sales systems, follow‑up consistency, and customer experience processes.
• Identify growth opportunities, new partnerships, and business relationships.

Required profile

• Strong sales, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Experience in hospitality, events, luxury, lifestyle, restaurant, or similar customer‑facing industries preferred.
• Confident handling of client negotiations and high‑level communication.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills, especially under pressure.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and hospitality mindset.
• Self‑driven personality with leadership potential and strong initiative.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary: PKR 85,000 – 110,000 per month.
• Full‑time on‑site schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM.
