Sales Closer – Digital Marketing Services

About the role

Digi Desire, a Lahore‑based digital marketing agency, is looking for experienced Sales Closers to handle warm‑transferred calls and convert them into paid SEO and Google Business Profile customers. You will work with qualified prospects handed over by outbound agents and close sales on the call.

Key responsibilities

• Take live, warm‑transferred calls and manage the full sales conversation from greeting to contract signing.
• Present SEO and GMB packages, demonstrate value to US local business owners, and close deals.
• Handle objections on price, trust, timing and results with confidence.
• Secure payment, confirm receipt, and document post‑payment sales.
• Follow up same‑day with pending prospects and maintain a documented pipeline.
• Log every call, outcome and next step accurately in the CRM and dialer.
• Provide quick feedback to agents on lead quality and handoffs.
• Participate in daily huddles, metrics reviews, and adhere to scripts, rules and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience closing outbound or inbound sales, preferably to US customers in digital marketing, SEO or B2B services.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, persuasive, American‑friendly tone.
• Strong objection‑handling and negotiation skills with a results‑first mindset.
• Comfortable with night shifts and disciplined attendance.
• Basic CRM and VoIP dialer experience and reliable work ethic.
