Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will engage inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting, qualify prospects, and create qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives, primarily serving US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound leads, demo requests, and sign‑ups with personalized outreach.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Research target companies, identify decision‑makers, and develop tailored outreach.
• Qualify leads based on fit, interest, and buying readiness, then schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs in the CRM.
• Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly and handle objections professionally.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment aligned with US business hours.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales strategies.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Research and personalization of outreach.
