About the role
Munzai Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their fast‑growing team. You will work on outbound prospecting, introduce the company’s services and qualify leads for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and clearly present company services.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow up with warm leads and handle objections professionally.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken English with confident communication skills.
- Experience with B2B outreach or lead generation tools.
- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or customer support is preferred.
- Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging.
