Sales Development Representative

About the role

CRM Automates is a provider of customer relationship management solutions that helps businesses streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement. It is hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative in Rawalpindi, working in a hybrid setup with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The representative identifies and qualifies leads, runs outbound calls and messages, and nurtures prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and identify potential leads.
• Conduct outbound calls and messages and nurture prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads in the CRM.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward.
• Work with sales and marketing colleagues to refine outreach campaigns, give feedback on lead quality and support pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Strong inside sales and lead generation skills.
• Solid sales and business development skills to support pipeline growth and revenue goals.
• Excellent spoken and written communication, active listening and professional client interaction.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups and deadlines.
• Results-oriented mindset, resilience in outbound outreach and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Previous experience in sales development, telesales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; relevant internships or training are beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing or a related field is advantageous.
