Sales Development Representative – Outbound (UK Market)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to build an outbound pipeline for Speed Dial Solutions across the UK. This full-time, on-site position in Lahore focuses on high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified meetings for our leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calls targeting taxi, private hire and fleet companies in the UK.
• Run personalized email outreach sequences alongside calls to maximise response rates.
• Survey prospects to uncover pain points such as missed calls, staffing costs and dispatch inefficiencies.
• Qualify interest and book meetings for senior staff to demo and close.
• Maintain accurate outreach activity and prospect status in the CRM.
• Plan and execute outbound activity to consistently exceed monthly meeting‑booking targets.
• Develop deep industry knowledge and relay market insights and objections to leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales, SDR or cold‑calling experience.
• Proven track record of results, preferably in transportation, taxi, logistics or fleet sectors.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently without constant direction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
