Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US Market

About the role

Brankit is a fractional supply chain and operations firm expanding into the med‑spa vertical. We are looking for a sharp, organized Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline for the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target US companies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, build account lists and enrich contacts with Apollo.io.
• Run multi‑channel outreach (LinkedIn and email) via Instantly.ai, personalize each message and book qualified discovery calls on the founders' calendars.
• Own the lead tracker, manage follow‑ups and provide regular pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years SDR or business development experience selling into US or UK markets.
• Native‑level written English and ability to work US Eastern hours (6 PM – 3 AM PKT).
• Disciplined, organized self‑starter comfortable with daily targets in an office‑based role.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proficiency with Apollo.io for contact enrichment.
• Experience using a cold‑email automation tool such as Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist.
• Familiarity with Calendly and Loom for scheduling and video messaging.

• PKR 100,000 base salary plus PKR 1,500 per qualified call and 5% of the first‑month client invoice on closed deals (OTE PKR 220‑320 k/month).
