Sales Development Representative – US Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads within the US healthcare and medical billing sector. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US healthcare and medical billing industry.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective outreach.
• Communicate clearly with a strong American accent.
• Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on warm leads and manage prospect relationships.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

Required profile

• American accent (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in SDR, telemarketing, or call centre roles.
• At least 6 months experience in medical billing.
• Familiarity with US healthcare or RCM processes (a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Own conveyance and ability to work onsite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
