Sales Development Representative (US Market) - Night Shift

About the role

A CPA-led accounting and advisory firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina, is building a sales team in Karachi. You will call US business owners, business buyers and bank lenders to book meetings for the US sales team. The job is on site, Monday to Friday, on the night shift (7 PM to 4 AM PKT from November to mid-March, 6 PM to 3 AM the rest of the year). Pay is a fixed monthly base plus capped commission on meetings booked and deals closed.

Key responsibilities

• Call US business owners, business buyers and bank lenders and book meetings for the US sales team
• Make high-volume outbound calls on a power dialer (about 300 dials a day once trained)
• Log calls and notes in the GoHighLevel CRM
• Research decision makers and build calling lists
• Confirm booked meetings and follow up so prospects show up
• You do not give tax or accounting advice or close deals; your job is to start the conversation and book the meeting

Required profile

• 6 or more months in any sales or outbound calling role (telesales, call center, real estate, insurance, edtech, BPO or similar)
• Clear spoken and written English
• Comfortable with rejection and high call volume
• Adapts to the prospect rather than reading a script
• Punctual for every shift

Required skills

• Power dialer (WAVV, Five9, VICIdial, Convoso) and a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho) are a plus but not required; training is provided
