US Campaign Sales Agent (Night Shift)

About the role

ABS International, a direct US principal for eighteen years, is building its 11 PM to 7 AM team in Karachi. It is looking for people who can sell, communicate confidently in English and show up consistently. The position is permanent and on-site at Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Call US-based prospects and customers and build real conversations from scratch
• Qualify interest, work through objections and close deals
• Track the pipeline in a live US CRM
• Hit weekly targets with daily coaching and performance feedback

Required profile

• Outbound sales, cold calling or BPO experience preferred
• Fluent English for live US calls every night
• Commercially focused and self-directed, able to run your own numbers
• Available permanently Monday to Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, on-site

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month depending on experience
• PKR 3,000 attendance allowance each month
