Sales Engineer – LV/MV Switchgear & Busbar Systems

About the role

Westinghouse LVMV is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to promote and sell LV/MV switchgear, busbar trunking systems and related power distribution products across Pakistan. The role combines technical expertise with commercial activities to generate new business and support existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell LV panels (MDB, SMDB, DB, MCC, PCC), MV switchgear, busbar trunking systems and dry‑type transformers.
• Develop business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, industrial clients and EPC companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers nationwide.
• Conduct technical meetings, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams to prepare quotations and technical submittals.
• Follow up on offers, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Identify upcoming projects in commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular reporting to management.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling LV/MV switchgear or busbar systems.
• Good understanding of electrical distribution systems and switchgear products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English and Urdu.
• Willingness to travel across Pakistan for client visits and project follow‑ups.
