Sales Executive – Design Sales (Chat Based)

About the role
Codexonic is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive design sales through chat‑based communication. The role focuses on front‑line engagement and upselling of logo and website design services to clients in Karachi.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and manage sales conversations via chat platforms.
- Promote and upsell logo and website design packages to existing and new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of experience selling design services (logo & website).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

What we offer
- PKR 30,000 basic salary plus performance‑based commissions.
- Monthly and quarterly bonuses.
- 24 days of paid annual leave, leave encashment and special Umrah leave.
- Attendance and fuel allowances.
- Morning shift (9 AM‑5 PM) for female candidates or night shift (10 PM‑7 AM) for male candidates.
