Sales Executive – Furniture & Lifestyle Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Executive to join our Furniture & Lifestyle Retail team in Lahore. The role involves selling custom‑made and modular furniture solutions to high‑end clientele, guiding them through the entire sales journey from consultation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage walk‑in, corporate and project‑based clients to understand detailed requirements and propose tailored furniture and lifestyle solutions.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product materials, finishes, ergonomics and spatial planning to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Configure and customize furniture based on client preferences, site layouts and functional needs.
• Conduct on‑site visits for accurate measurements, consultations and project discussions.
• Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations throughout the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with premium clientele by providing personalized service.
• Address customer inquiries, objections and concerns using consultative selling techniques.
• Collaborate closely with design, production and logistics teams to ensure precise order processing and timely delivery.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
• Proven experience in furniture sales, preferably with custom‑made or modular solutions.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Professional demeanor and strong negotiation abilities.
