Sales Executive – Healthcare BPO Lead Generation

About the role

Sysmetics BPO is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive lead generation for its healthcare BPO services. You will focus on identifying and qualifying prospects across the United States, including hospitals, clinics, physicians and medical practices, to support our medical billing and revenue cycle management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research and generate qualified leads targeting USA‑based healthcare organisations.
• Conduct outbound activities such as cold calling and professional email outreach.
• Utilise LinkedIn, CRM tools and healthcare directories to uncover decision‑makers (practice managers, billing managers, clinic owners).
• Schedule discovery calls and appointments for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate communication records and follow‑up consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine scripts, email templates and improve lead quality.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead‑generation and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably within healthcare BPO or related sectors.
• Ability to understand client challenges in medical billing, claim denials and revenue cycle management.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

What we offer

• Base salary of 70k plus commission on successfully closed deals.
