Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our expanding team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates with strong English communication skills who are eager to launch a career in outbound sales and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce our products and services to prospective clients.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication and follow‑up.
• Schedule appointments and manage the sales pipeline to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly outreach and sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates and overall performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, address objections, and provide professional phone etiquette.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales, negotiation and communication skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident, persuasive and self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and active‑listening abilities.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or lead generation is advantageous but not mandatory.
