About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive client outreach and support business growth in the Pakistan market. This fully remote position offers the chance to engage with potential and existing customers, manage relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients via phone to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive support.
- Re‑engage inactive or previous users and encourage platform reactivation.
- Identify client needs and provide suitable, tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interactions and activities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
Required profile
- Prior experience in telesales, sales support, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Urdu with strong verbal communication skills.
- Target‑oriented, persuasive, and professional in handling client interactions.
- Able to manage objections and rejection effectively.
- Well‑organized with strong time‑management skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Possess a stable internet connection and a quiet home working environment.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
