Sales Head – North Region

About the role

Inbox Business Technologies Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales Head to drive enterprise sales across the North region. This senior leadership position will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build executive relationships, and deliver multi‑million‑dollar revenue growth in Government, Enterprise, Financial Services, Telecom and Commercial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the North region sales strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Lead account planning, pipeline development and market expansion initiatives to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
• Develop and nurture executive‑level relationships with key decision‑makers in strategic accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure, including negotiations and bid strategy.
• Collaborate with presales, technical, delivery and OEM teams to craft winning solutions and proposals.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting and performance governance.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and competitive activity to strengthen brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven track record in enterprise ICT sales with experience managing large, strategic accounts.
• Deep understanding of the North region market across Government, Enterprise, Financial Services, Telecom and Commercial sectors.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the executive level.
