About the role

Tapandrate is seeking a motivated Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join its Karachi team. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline to drive consistent conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure timely follow‑up with prospects.
• Conduct cold‑calling and email outreach campaigns to generate new opportunities.
• Qualify incoming leads and assess conversion potential.
• Use CRM software to document interactions and monitor engagement.
• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Perform market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements.
• Continuously improve techniques by staying updated on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales or lead generation.
