Sales Manager – B2B & Project-Based Selling

About the role

The company is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead B2B and project‑based selling across construction, building, industrial, and fire‑safety product lines. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline management, quotation preparation, and order closure.
• Identify and develop new customers in targeted sectors and expand existing accounts.
• Conduct regular site visits to construction, commercial, residential, and industrial projects for client engagement.
• Build and nurture relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, builders, and end‑users.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations, proposals, and technical sales documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Provide after‑sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adapt sales strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and market insights for reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B or project‑based environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for site visits.
