Sales Manager – Construction & Transportation Equipment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Sales Manager to grow our construction, earth‑moving and transportation equipment portfolio in Pakistan. The role involves developing new business, managing key customer relationships and achieving sales targets for products such as excavators, wheel loaders and dump trucks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual and quarterly targets across Pakistan.
• Drive sales of earth‑moving and transportation equipment, identifying opportunities in construction, infrastructure, mining, logistics and government sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, fleet owners, equipment rental companies and channel partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, including quotations and negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects to generate new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, order processing, delivery and after‑sales support.
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events and business development activities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline and market intelligence reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in Pakistan.
• Proven track record selling construction machinery, earth‑moving equipment or heavy‑duty trucks.
• Existing network and relationships within Pakistan’s heavy equipment or commercial vehicle industry.
• Experience working with contractors, construction firms, mining companies, fleet operators or equipment rental businesses.

Required skills

• Strong B2B sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent communication in English and Urdu.
