Sales Manager - Strategic Sales & Client Relationships

About the role

AM Distributors is hiring a Sales Manager in Lahore who represents the company with a thorough understanding of its products and services. The role focuses on researching consumer needs and aligning solutions to them, and on developing and implementing strategic sales plans that grow the customer base and market presence. It centres on achieving sales objectives through precise forecasting, data analysis and performance tracking. Although there is no team to manage, the manager works closely with sales representatives and helps motivate and train them.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase global reach.
• Understand customer needs thoroughly and provide solutions that meet them.
• Generate leads and build long-term client relationships to drive sustained revenue.
• Track, analyse and report on key quantitative metrics and business trends related to sales and partner relationships.
• Support sales representatives by sharing knowledge and helping with sales strategies.
• Conduct regular reviews of sales performance data to forecast future sales and adjust plans.
• Recruit, train and coach salespeople, identify knowledge gaps and help design development plans.
• Hold regular meetings with the sales team to set daily objectives and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with company quotas and quality standards throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes for sales activities.
• Continuously improve personal skills in leadership, negotiation and sales management.
