About the role

We are seeking a confident, results‑driven Sales & Marketing Cold Caller to generate qualified leads for our services in the United States. The role focuses on outbound cold calling, appointment setting, and pipeline development for B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective businesses in the USA.
• Introduce company services professionally and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn as needed.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Prior experience with USA cold calling and B2B sales (preferred).
• Persuasive, energetic, and target‑oriented personality.
• Ability to work during USA business hours.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media, PPC, or website services is a strong advantage.
