Sales & Marketing Executive – Furniture Industry

About the role

Toyo Plastic (Pvt. Ltd.), a growing SME furniture manufacturer, is looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to expand its market share across Pakistan. You will promote a product line that includes plastic chairs, tables and storage solutions, working closely with production, logistics and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets in Gujranwala and Rawalpindi.
• Identify, onboard and manage dealers, retailers and distributors.
• Create and run local marketing campaigns, trade promotions, in‑store merchandising and social‑media coordination.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing recommendations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records and report pipeline progress to senior management.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with operations and resolve customer issues.
• Train retail staff and dealer sales teams on product features and after‑sales procedures.

Required profile

• Proven B2B and retail sales experience in furniture, consumer goods or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, account management and dealer‑network development skills.
• Good understanding of pricing, margin management and inventory coordination.
• Excellent communication in Urdu and English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
