Sales & Marketing Officer – Karachi Warehouse

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Officer will support the Karachi warehouse by generating new business, building client relationships and coordinating sales activities with the warehouse team. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in sales within the agricultural sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
• Prepare and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Fresh to 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in agricultural, horticultural or related industries is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
