Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will join Dari Mooch’s dynamic team in Karachi, working in a hybrid setting to drive sales growth and enhance customer relationships for the grooming brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new leads while nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Support the execution of sales campaigns, promotions and channel‑partner initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide product information to partners and help deliver a positive customer experience aligned with brand values.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service skills with the ability to resolve inquiries and build long‑term relationships.
• Experience in lead generation, sales operations and channel sales.
• Effective verbal and written communication for engaging customers, partners and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively and meet targets.
• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, grooming or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in office productivity software for data management and reporting.
